Hi, I'm Sebastián Barrón
I'm a weight and lifestyle coach based in Australia, working in English and Spanish. I help people who are tired of the dieting cycle find a lighter way to live — with energy and without guilt.
My approach is simple: listen to your story, understand your context, and build a realistic plan with you that respects your body, your culture and your pace.
Coaching, not clinical care. I support you with habits and lifestyle. This doesn't replace medical advice; if anything in your health needs it, I'll refer you to your GP.

No. There are no rigid menus or banned foods. We work on sustainable nutrition, movement and mindset habits adapted to your real life, so the change stays with you.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. The coaching is fully bilingual: you can work in Spanish, English or switch between both — whatever feels most comfortable.
Is this clinical or medical care?
No. This is lifestyle coaching, not clinical care or medical advice. We don't diagnose or treat health conditions. If your situation needs it, we'll refer you to your GP.
What happens in the free consult?
